AMFA–SWA Accident Investigation Team Alternate Party Coordinator Vacancy

The AMFA - SWA Accident Investigation Team has a vacancy for the Alternate Party Coordinator.
We are seeking one individual well versed in all aspects of aircraft maintenance. The Alternate Party Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Primary Party Coordinator with the responsibilities of team administration, annual team budget ensuring team members training and other duties as given by the National Safety and Standards Director. Please note that as a member of this team every member is required to sign a four year commitment minimum, due to training costs. Also, in the event of a major accident, members that are party to an NTSB investigation may be required to remain on scene for a few days or up to several weeks or months. Also, your commitment to the team is important as these accidents don’t always happen at the most opportune times and there are requirements that you need to comply with to participate.

An interview process will be conducted in accordance with AMFA National Policy to select the Party Coordinator.
