AMFA Local 4 Proposed Amendments Vote Results
We are pleased to announce the results of the vote for the AMFA Local 4 Bylaws proposed amendments. The voting was conducted by BallotPoint Services and took place between June 10, 2024, and June 30, 2024. The proposed amendments have been successfully voted on by the members. Please refer to the attached PDF for the results of the vote.
Please note, as required per our Bylaws, that for the proposed amendments to be adopted, a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote was necessary.
Next Steps:
In accordance with Local 4 Bylaws Article XI, Section 2, the Local Secretary will now forward the amended bylaws to the National Executive Council for approval, as outlined in the AMFA Constitution. The proposed changes to the Local Bylaws will become effective once they receive approval from the National Director.
