2025 Local 4 Officer Election NOTICE
Dear Members,
We would like to inform you that the nomination period for the 2025 Local 4 Officer Election has officially closed. We appreciate the participation of everyone involved in the process. This year, the officer positions up for election include Local 4 President, Secretary and Safety & Standards Chairman.
The following candidates have been successfully nominated:
*** Candidates running unopposed will not appear on the ballot and will be declared elected by acclamation.***
An election will be held for the positions of Local 4 President and Safety & Standards Chairman, per Article XIX of the AMFA Constitution and Article IV of the Local 4 Bylaws, this letter serves as the official notice of the 2025 AMFA Local 4 Officer Election. The voting period for this election will begin on November 5, 2025, at 10:00 am CT and will close on November 25, 2025, at 10:00 am CT. Votes for this election will be cast using ElectionBuddy Inc. services.
The election notice and voting postcard instructions will be mailed to eligible voters at the address on file with AMFA national. Additionally, emails and SMS/text messages will be sent on the day the voting period starts.Note: Any member whose membership dues, fees, and/or assessment obligations have not been reconciled is a member in bad standing and, therefore, is ineligible to vote.
Any eligible member who has not received voting instructions, or anyone having questions about the voting process, should contact the Local 4 Secretary at secretary@amfa4.com no later than November 20, 2025.
