Local 4 MDW Safety & Standards Coordinator
Nomination Notice

AMFA Local 4 is calling for nominations from the membership for the position of MDW Safety & Standards Coordinator. As determined by the Local 4 Safety & Standards Chairman, the MDW Safety & Standards Coordinator will serve the members located in MDW, MKE, MCI, IND, and STL. Members in these locations will only be allowed to nominate and vote for the MDW Safety & Standards Coordinator. Duties of the Safety & Standards Coordinator are outlined in Article V, Section 1 of the Local 4 Bylaws.

The term of this position will be for two (2) years, commencing in February 2026 through February 2028. 

Nominations must be submitted in writing or online to Local 4 secretary no later than 5:00 PM CST on February 13, 2026, to be considered valid. Online and paper nomination forms are available on the AMFA Local 4 website www.amfa4.com under the “Forms” tab. Paper nomination forms can be scanned and emailed to elections@amfa4.com.

All nominees will be required to verify their candidacy by completing and returning a Willingness to Serve Form, which will be presented to each nominee following the close of the nomination period. Election and balloting information will be presented to all members at the close of this nomination period.
