To the AMFA Local 4 Membership: Who am I? My name is Frank LoGalbo and I am asking for your vote as Local 4 Airline Representative (“ALR”). My passion is to advocate and represent the Local 4 membership, to protect our jobs, our contractual language and our contract rights. What do I bring to the table? First, I previously served as the Local 4 ALR where I represented the Local 4 membership, with integrity and without compromises.

Louis Upchurch Bio

It has been an absolute honor to serve as an elected AMFA officer for the past six years. I have dedicated myself to aggressively enforcing our contracts, processing and settling grievances, and working diligently with the other Southwest ALRs and NEC members to negotiate industry-leading agreements to protect and advance the careers and well-being of the members.
