By submitting a report through this portal, you help ensure that safety risks are addressed promptly and effectively. Your report will be directly reviewed by the AMFA Local 4 Safety Officer.
***Important Notice: This portal does not replace the official safety reporting systems provided by your company or airline. If you have a safety concern, you may also file a report through your employer’s established channels. However, this portal serves as an alternative for members who prefer to first go through the union and have the Safety Officer address the issue on their behalf.
